Dubai South

Dubai South is a fully integrated city by the Government of Dubai, and it is home to Al Maktoum International Airport, which is scheduled to become the largest airport in the world upon its completion in the year 2027. When completed, the entire project would consist of a residential, commercial, and logistics complex, and it is anticipated that it will have the capacity to house one million people in villas and apartments.

Dubai South, which will directly connect to the Etihad Rail network when completed, will cover an area of 145 square kilometers. The neighborhood's proximity to the Jebel Ali Port and the fact that it is both simple to reach and relatively inexpensive making it an excellent choice for working-class families.
